These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of EzraLabs.co (“Ezra Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Services Provided

Ezra Labs provides subscription-based access to its lead generation platform. Clients purchase:

  • Essential Plan: $199/month subscription + $500 minimum top-up balance, deducted at $35/lead.

  • Growth Plan: $299/month subscription + $1,000 minimum top-up balance, deducted at $55/lead.

  • Premium Plan: $399/month subscription + $2,500 minimum top-up balance, deducted at $75/lead.

Balances are prepaid and deducted as leads are delivered. Clients must maintain their minimum balance at all times. Falling below the threshold may pause or terminate delivery until replenished.

2. Proprietary System

Ezra Labs uses a proprietary, confidential algorithm to identify and categorize leads by intent. The methodology is trade secret and will not be disclosed. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are paying for delivery of leads, not access to our methods or processes.

3. Lead Nature & Use

  • Leads are sourced through opt-in forms or inquiries where individuals have expressed interest in products or services.

  • Ezra Labs delivers contact details only; we make no guarantee of outcome (conversion, profitability, or suitability).

  • Once a lead is delivered, the client assumes all responsibility for their handling of that lead, including compliance with laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR/CCPA (if applicable), and all other federal/state laws.

  • Ezra Labs is not liable for any issues, claims, damages, or legal actions arising from how clients use the leads.

Clients are prohibited from:

  • Using leads for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing leads without consent.

4. Payments, Balances & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

  • Top-up balances are prepaid funds. Balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Upon cancellation, any remaining balance must be “dried out” — Ezra Labs will continue delivering leads until the balance is depleted, after which service is discontinued. No cash refunds are issued.

  • Ezra Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment, low balance, or misuse.

5. Cancellation

This is a month-to-month service. Clients may cancel at any time by sending an email request to contact@ezralabs.co.

  • Cancellations will stop future subscription charges, but balances remain active until used.

  • Service officially ends once prepaid balance is exhausted.

6. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, systems, scoring methods, software, and branding remain the sole property of Ezra Labs. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Lead outcomes (including quality, accuracy, or conversion).

  • Business losses or damages resulting from use of the Service.

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

In no event shall Ezra Labs’ liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
